About
From a young age, Dr. Marian Tufano had a clear motivation: to help people. Studying medicine became the natural path to understand illness and, above all, to improve the quality of life of those around her. A graduate of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), she came to understand that health does not depend on a single factor but on an integral balance between habits, metabolism, well-being, and quality of life.
Her training in functional medicine allows her to support patients through a lens focused on identifying root causes, generating lasting lifestyle changes, and improving health sustainably. This is complemented by her training in regenerative medicine, oriented toward restoring vitality, function, and quality of life.
She has also complemented her preparation with studies in diabetology and clinical bariatrics — areas that allow her to support metabolic health and help patients build lasting habits. In addition, she believes that feeling well also includes looking well, which is why her training in aesthetic medicine is an important part of this integral approach.
Her goal is to help each person live better, maintain their function, improve their quality of life, and achieve lasting well-being.
