About
Lourdes Naredo holds a degree in Clinical Nutrition from Universidad Anáhuac Cancún, complemented by a postgraduate diploma in Female Hormonal Nutrition. She chose nutrition not only for its clinical practice but for the breadth of the discipline: from the development and composition of foods to their impact on the body — their benefits, adverse effects, and interactions — and how nutrition evolves across every stage of life and reshapes our relationship with it, as an integral tool for health.
Throughout her career she has worked with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, an experience that has sharpened her empathetic, individualized approach, grounded in the specific needs of each patient.
She currently focuses on female hormonal nutrition, caring for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, and related conditions — designing nutritional strategies aimed at improving metabolic health, hormonal balance, and quality of life.
